Release notes - March 1st, 2024

Updates

  • Additional Co-Op validation

    • You can now uncover additional recoverable dollars on instances of Co-Op over-billings related to direct fulfillment orders.

  • Smart Match Status Dashboard Tracker

    • Smart Matched shortage dollars can now be tracked as a status on the dashboard (see Deductions by Status and Invoice Payment Breakdown charts)

Fixes

  • The error causing the counting of failed Amazon payments has been fixed.

  • The issue causing invalid Co-Op amounts to be greater than the Co-Op balance has been resolved.

    • You can now export your chargeback data

  • Co-Op search bar enhancement

    • You can now search for Co-Op deductions using agreement numbers, PO numbers, dispute ID, ASINs and more.

  • Better Settlement Payment tracking

    • You can now track settlement-related payments at the deduction level (when settlements are created through our app).

Updates

  • Chargeback Disputing

    • You can now track and access your chargeback data in app. This new feature also allows you to attach and submit disputes on these chargebacks (with the exception of PO On-Time Accuracy chargebacks)

  • Detailed Dispute explanations

    • Your default Co-Op dispute explanation will not automatically include additional details concerning the specific Co-Op deductions that you're disputing.

Fixes

  • The errors and discrepancies in the Co-Op export file have been resolved.

    • You can now export your Co-Op deduction data into a CSV file.

    • You can now find a validity judgement on every shortage and price claim you get from Amazon.

    • You can now view, dispute and have your Co-Op deductions automatically validated by our app.

    • You can now track the deductions they receive over time.

Updates

  • Auto Disputing for Amazon

    • Auto Disputing will allow you to set criteria and conditions for any deduction types you wish to be disputed automatically by our system.

    • Users that opt-in to put their disputes on autopilot can track which deductions have been submitted automatically and which were done manually using the "Auto-disputed?" filter or the boolean in the export file.

  • Settlement 2.0

    • You can now create settlement cases through our app as well as track, respond, and negotiate in-app.

  • Settlement Data in the Dashboard

    • The Deductions by Status chart now allows you to view total dollars under Open Items (settleable), total dollars in settlement, and total dollars recovered through settlement.

Updates

  • You can opt to have our system automatically re-dispute, in full, any deduction you've disputed that would have otherwise failed due to recently introduced deduction data changes that our nightly and daily data syncing activities might have missed.

  • Deductions Navigator for Amazon can now be used with international (non-US, non-Canadian) Vendor Central accounts.

  • You can now archive (individually or in bulk) any actionable deductions which you consider to be valid.

  • You can filter the list view pages using 'Disputed through SupplyPike' or 'Only failed disputes' filters as well as sort your list view by invoice date.

Fixes

  • The error regarding missing disputable invoice PDFs has been fixed.

  • Issues causing failed disputes due to dispute data mismatch are now resolved.

  • You can now export deduction line item data to dig deeper into which products are most affected by shortages and/or price claims.

  • The Dashboard page now hosts two new cards:

    • Deductions by Payee Code

    • Deduction by Location (i.e.: by Amazon DC code)

  • The error causing disputed Price Claims to be duplicated has now been fixed.

  • Line item deduction data mismatch is resolved.

  • Stuck in the 'Submitting...' status error is now fixed.

2022 Release Notes

Release notes - December 21st, 2022

Updates

  • You can now view/filter through your shortages according to the dispute timeliness category they fall under. For more details on these new dispute timeliness features, please read the following help article.

  • You can now view the terms on invoices corresponding to each deduction listed in Deductions Navigator Amazon. The terms data can be found on the "Order Information" card in the deduction details page.

  • PDF versions of purchase orders are automatically attached to the dispute card on the deduction details page. This provides an additional proof documentation as well as the ability to easily access the purchase order details from the app.

  • You can now submit multiple disputes in bulk, at once. For more information on how bulk disputing works, please read the following help article.

  • You can now select any combination of deductions and edit the dispute explanation in bulk.

  • You can now select any combination of deductions and attach a document in bulk to the disputes corresponding to all selected deductions.
