The below statuses are commonly used accross SupplyPike retailer apps. Due to the lack of dispute portal, statuses are more focused around actions taken within the SupplyPike app, rather than letting the retailer portal define the status.
Not Disputed - Any deduction that has not been previously submitted in a dispute through the SupplyPike app. Deductions in this status could have been previously submitted outside of the app. Note- any deduction that has been paid back already, may have been previously approved and will be marked as such.
Walgreens Research - Any deduction that has been disputed through the SupplyPike app and has received a confirmation email from Walgreens acknowledging that the dispute is in progress.
Supplier Action - Deductions in this status are in progress but have received an email from Walgreens asking the supplier a question or for more additional details. There is no official timeline on when a response is needed but the quicker the better to keep the dispute fresh.
Denied - Walgreens has closed the dispute without agreeing to pay back anything that was disputed. Denied disputes often come with additional feedback on why they fall under this status.
Approved - Walgreens has agreed to pay the full or partial amount of the dispute. Occasionally, additional comments are left on these disputes explaining the partial payment.
