Streamline the re-dispute process with SupplyPike - dispute a deduction that was previously disputed and denied with one simple click!
Denied deductions will reside in the Follow Up bucket within the Deductions List view. From there, you can filter, sort, and select denied disputes to pursue again. Click into the individual deduction to see the previous dispute details, including Lowe's resolution comment.
Lowe's allows for multiple re-dispute attempts. You can dispute deductions for 18 months after the last activity date on the deduction. SupplyPike will track all of your re-dispute attempts and the associated details.
Steps to Re-dispute a Denied Deduction
Once you've found a denied deduction to dispute, click into the Deduction Details for that deduction.
Review Lowe's resolution comment provided at the time of the denial.
SupplyPike will pre-fill the previous dispute information in the Create Dispute form; however, review the fields and update any as needed.
Additionally, review the documents to be submitted with the dispute. Keep in mind that Lowe's allows only 5 documents to be submitted per dispute. Select/de-select the 5 documents to be submitted with the re-dispute.
Once the dispute details are ready, submit the dispute!
Once submitted, the dispute will move to Lowe's Research status and can be found in the In Progress bucket in the Deduction List view.
Steps to Bulk Re-dispute Denied Deductions
Head to the Follow Up bucket.
Filter down denied deductions by dates, files attached or any other criteria you would like.
Check the box in the upper left corner of the results list to select all results at once. Note: You can increase the number of results to show up to 100 results by clicking on "Per Page" found at the top of the results list, and choosing the number of results to show from the choices in the dropdown menu.
Click on "Submit Disputes" to re-dispute every dispute that is checked.
Note: Re-Disputes will get submitted with the Dispute Reason Type, Text, and files from the previous dispute. If you wish to update this information, either do so in-bulk using the actions in the Edit Deductions drop down, or on the individual Deduction Details pages prior to re-submitting.
