  • Day 0 - Dispute Submission

  • Day 0 - Walgreens confirms dispute receival within 15 minutes of dispute

  • Day 1 - Another confirmation, noting that dispute has been sent for review

  • Day 10-14- Automated Dispute Status updates including "in progress" and "sent for approval"

  • Day 17-24 - An "AP approval" message may come through but you'll want to confirm payment was made in the VAIS portal.

  • Day 17-24 - If no payment was made, this is the best opportunity to ask for an update/ clarification.

  • Day 24-31 - Dispute is "Completed" and noted by automated messages
