Steps to Submit a Dispute

In SupplyPike's Walgreens Deductions app, you will find detailed transactional information under the "Deductions" page in the top navigation. These deductions are found in the Walgreens Vendor Accounting Information System (VAIS) and pulled into the SupplyPike application.

The process to dispute these deductions is very simple:

  1. Identify a deduction you want to dispute in our list view.

    1. You can search specific invoice, PO,

  2. To access the Deduction Details view, click on the arrow on the right-hand side of an individual deduction in the below image.

  3. Verify that all recommended attachments have been included.

  4. Add additional context or submit the default email as shown.

  5. Click Submit Dispute

The deduction’s status will immediately change to Submitting... and the dispute will be scheduled to submit. As soon as the dispute is successfully submitted via email and a confirmation email from Walgreens is received, the status will change to Walgreens Research. New Emails will also begin to populate in the details page as received.

Dispute Failures

If the email fails to send for a technical reason, the dispute process will be terminated and we will notify you that there is an issue with the deduction. Additionally, the deduction's status will be set back to Not Disputed. When a dispute lands in this status, the app also attempted a couple of retries and ran into issues with those as well.
