Default settings to configure for your Walgreens SupplyPike solution

Note: Configuring these settings will update the settings for all users within your within the Walgreens portion of the SupplyPike app.

Intro

The Walgreens settings page allows you to configure your disputes and in-app experience to spend less time on manual tedious tasks. Walgreens has three main components currently. Dispute Defaults are centered around messaging and other email configuration. Auto Disputing and Auto Follow Up are both automation and remove the need for manual submissions and responses to disputes.

Walgreens disputes are submitted through email which require certain variables to be included by default. Our default message is not editable and the version you see in the settings page is an example. On top of the default message, you can choose to include any additional context or phrasing by default using the open text box.

To use this feature, select your deduction type on the left side, enable the check box on the right side, enter your custom message, and save your settings.
