SupplyPike's Weekly Status Summary email provides a snapshot of your dispute activity from the past week, helping you stay informed and take action where necessary. This email highlights three key dispute statuses—Approved, Supplier Action, and Denied—for all of your subscribed retailers and suppliers, ensuring you have easy visibility into your deductions via email.

  • Weekly Summary: Get an email every Monday summarizing the status of your disputes across all suppliers and retailers from last week.

  • Actionable Insights: The email highlights disputes that require your attention, specifically those in Supplier Action and Denied statuses.

  • Quick Access: A "Review" button in the email allows you to jump directly into SupplyPike and manage your disputes.

  • Customizable Notifications: Users can opt in or out of these email notifications via the Notification Settings page.

Understanding the Dispute Statuses

Each weekly email categorizes disputes into three main statuses:

  • Approved: The dispute was approved, and no further action is required.

  • Supplier Action: The retailer has responded to your dispute and requested additional information. These should be addressed promptly to prevent cancellation/denial of the dispute.

  • Denied: The dispute was denied. You may need to re-dispute or archive these claims, though they are generally less urgent than Supplier Action items.

How to Manage Email Notifications

To manage your email preferences:

  1. Log in to your SupplyPike account.

  2. Toggle the Weekly Status Summary notification on or off.

  3. Click Save Changes to update your preferences.
