What is Auto Archive?
If you have specific deduction types that you and your team do not want to dispute, you can utilize the Auto Archive feature to keep these deductions out of sight and out of mind! We always encourage our customers to go after every deduction they believe to be invalid, but if you have specific deductions that are always valid or handled outside of the typical disputing process, Auto Archive can ensure that you only see the deductions you wish to tackle.
How do I set up Auto Dispute?
Click on the cog in the top right-hand corner of the Lowe's home page. This will take you to the Supplier Settings Page, and from here you can configure settings for Auto Archive.
From the Auto Archive page, you have the ability to configure auto archiving for specific codes listed in the settings. After you have selected which codes you want to Auto Archive, you can toggle them on.
Deduction types toggled on will be Auto Archived daily going forward. Existing matching deduction types with a status of Not Disputed will be archived immediately when toggled on. Toggling a deduction type off will result in any deduction that was Auto Archived immediately being un-archived.
