Returns are a natural part of all forms of retail. Like other retailers, it's important to review your Return agreements with CVS to make sure you know what you're agreeing to. Often, the retailer requires you to share the cost of Returns.
To identify how much you are paying in returns, you can identify them based on the leading characteristics on an invoice which will begin with:
R - Front Store
Ex: R0123456
CVS - Pharmacy
Ex: CVS12345
P (and end with) FEE - Pharmacy
Ex P12345FEE
MCR - Warehouse
Ex: MCR12235
MCR deductions consistently have backup information within ImageSilo up to 2 years. The contents of these files might have more detail about what the return is for. Usually these are agreed upon shared costs with the retailer and it is worth reviewing them in bulk to see over periods of time if return costs were taken in excess of what was agreed. The other types above may not have ImageSilo backup always and backup can be found via email.

While Returns are often expected, it never hurts to verify further and make sure you are not being over charged based on expectations.
