The deduction detail document for UNFI deductions is now being included in the files section of each UNFI deduction. This lets you see UNFI's deduction backup document without having to go through email.

Added the 'Submitting...' transition phase for disputed deductions so you get a more immediate update that your dispute is on its way.

More backend goodies, including some for getting us closer to KeHE support in the app.

Made some improvements to how we lookup invoices related to deductions, net you should see more invoices in the files section for deductions if you use SPS for your EDI.

Foundation has begun for adding support for KeHE suppliers to our app later this year.

UNFI email disputing for shortage and pricing deductions is here! We're also working with suppliers to get up to speed on UNFI's just-announced new dispute portal coming soon from Direct Commerce.

Our Dashboard is launched! It's now the default page for the app. We do still have it feature flagged and are gradually adding it to users, so be on the lookout for when it's available for you. You can also ask for it directly if you want it sooner.

Improved our categorization of deduction codes based on the Kohl's AP bot remittance emails.

Tweaks to the order things show up in some of filters to hopefully be more useful and intuitive.\

On the backend, this release had about twice the number of goodies we normally release, which is all good news for future functionality.

All Kohl's suppliers will now take advantage of the Kohl's AP Bot process. Previously, we were limiting ourselves to either only using the 820 or the AP Bot. This will mean more granularity on deduction codes, and thus the usefulness of what we can provide around deductions (like what it is and what you should do about it) should go up.

Added some more fields to our Order Information box on the details page.

More infrastructure to share data across our apps internally so reporting from a single place should be easier in the future.

All backend updates this release, and interesting things that they were focused on include:

1 bug shown the light and led along the path to turn into a useful butterfly.

We can now use Kohl's new (as of April this year) AP Bot email process to bring in deductions. Previously, we've relied on the EDI 820 document. This has its benefits, and ultimately, we can better serve suppliers by not being reliant on only the 820.

Internal upgrades to better support teams around us.

More upgrades for invoices, data last synced for dashboard, and 1 bug squashed.

Majority of this update was focused on backend updates to enable new functionality, correct assumptions that turned out to not be optimal, and squash 2 bugs.

Backend changes to support suppliers that use Wells Fargo Early Pay for Kohl's, better invoice matching logic to provide invoices more often, and new deduction types enabled. 1 bug squashed.

For new shortage deductions, added a cool-down timer to wait 30 days before they're disputable. It's not unusual for Kohl's to quickly repay some shortage deductions they create, and to prevent unnecessary deductions, we're putting a little wait on brand new ones before we allow them to be email-disputed. It's an unusual move, however, we want to make sure Kohl's is only seeing high quality disputes that actually need to be disputed.

Completed some changes to improve how we work with our shipping document integrations team, which means more proof document matches for you

Updated our export with some important columns around repayments

Added some in-app links to support articles

Added some new date fields on our details page for Kohl's deductions

Added more deductions to a non-disputable category, like Kohl's compliance (these go through Traverse, which we do not integrate with). You can still see them, export them, and aggregate and trend them.

Added the Files filter so you can quickly know which deductions have which files or are missing files

Kohl's will sometimes repay shortages on their own, and to prevent unnecessary disputes, we added a cool-down timer for freshly received shortages. If they're not repaid within 30 days, they're very likely a good candidate for a dispute if you think they're invalid.

Updated our List View to make it easy to see when a deduction has multiple types within it
