Offsets Received shows the total dollar amount of offsets that have been incurred. Total Actionable represents the total dollar amount that is currently eligible to be disputed within the current fiscal period. Approved Offsets reflects the total dollar amount of offsets that have been successfully approved. Finally, Dispute Win Rate indicates the percentage of disputed offsets that were resolved in your favor, helping you understand how effective your disputes have been overall.

The Offsets by Status chart will show you a breakdown of the offset dollar amounts and what status they are currently in. Toggling on the "Closed" status will filter any expired offsets into their own bar.

Offsets Over Time displays a year-over-year view of the offsets a supplier has received, either by total count or amount, grouped by the fiscal month in which each offset was occurred. This chart helps you identify trends and seasonal patterns in offset activity by comparing how offset volumes change across fiscal months from one year to the next.

Offsets by Type breaks down offsets by program and code type to help you understand the breakdown. For each program code, this view shows the total number and dollar amount of associated offsets, along with a weighted average performance percentage. Each program and code type is clickable, allowing you to drill into a detailed list view of the underlying offsets for further review and action.

Offsets by Location shows how offsets are distributed across physical locations, including distribution centers and stores. If an offset is associated with a specific location, it will be included here with the total count and dollar amount aggregated for that location. This view helps you identify where offsets are occurring most frequently and where they have the greatest financial impact.

Offsets by Item breaks down offsets at the item level, showing the total count and dollar amount associated with each item. This view helps you identify which items are most frequently impacted by offsets and which contribute the most to overall offset amounts, enabling more targeted analysis and follow-up actions.

Offsets by M-Vendor summarizes offsets by Merchandise-Vendor, showing the total count and dollar amount associated with each M-Vendor. This view helps you understand which M-Vendors are generating the highest volume and value of offsets, making it easier to identify trends, prioritize reviews, and focus dispute efforts where they may have the greatest impact.
