Offsets List View Overview

The Offsets List View is your primary workspace for reviewing and managing offsets at scale. It provides a flexible set of tools to help you quickly find, analyze, and take action on the offsets most relevant to you.

Filtering and Drill-Down

You can use a variety of filters to narrow down offsets based on key attributes such as program, fiscal period, status, amount, location, item, purchase order, and more. These filters make it easy to drill down into specific subsets of offsets—whether you’re investigating a single issue or preparing offsets for bulk actions like disputes.

Search and Multi-Search

In addition to filters, the list view includes a powerful search feature that allows you to locate offsets using specific values such as PO numbers, item numbers, or location number. The multi-search option lets you enter multiple values at once, enabling you to quickly surface all related offsets without running separate searches.

Exporting Offsets

For offline analysis or sharing, you can export offsets directly from the list view. Exports are delivered as an Excel (.xlsx) file, with offsets automatically organized into separate sheets by program. This structure makes it easy to review program-level details and perform deeper analysis outside of the app.

Tips & Tricks

  • Combine filters for precision: Use multiple filters together (for example, program code + item number + fiscal period) to quickly isolate the exact offsets you’re looking for.

  • Use multi-search for bulk workflows: When disputing offsets tied to multiple POs or items, paste a list of values into multi-search to surface everything at once.

  • Prepare for bulk actions: Filter first, then select all visible offsets to efficiently submit disputes or update dispute reasons in bulk.

  • Leverage exports for deeper analysis: Export filtered results to analyze trends, share with internal teams, or reconcile offsets by program using the separate sheets in the Excel file.
