Home Depot's compliance program is built around 5 scorecards/ categories that suppliers are graded on. Within these 5 groupings are the eligible metrics or areas of focus. The individual instances of non-compliance are often called Offsets and are usually at the PO/Item # level.
Drop Ship (Fill Rate, On Time, LTL Routing Guide)
RDC (Fill Rate, On Time, ASN Timeliness, Fluid Receiving)
DFC (Fill Rate, On Time, ASN Timeliness)
DTS (Fill Rate, On Time)
Transportation (Multiple BOL, Parcel PO, Routing Guide)
Based on the above groupings, a lot the relevant information is siloed and as result, hard to draw trends from. Disputing can also be tedious and inefficient within the SPM platform.
Important Note: Home Depot has preset Dispute Reasons that must be selected for all disputes. The options of what can be selected are specific to the Offset Category (RDC, DFC, etc.) and Offset Type (Fill Rate, On Time, etc.)
Additionally, the time window for when dipsuting opens and how long you have to dispute, is custom based on the Offset Category and Offset Type. Review the attached Compliance calendars to see when each Offset can be disputed.
