If the login or password information for a 3rd party app changes, you'll need to update the credentials used in the SupplyPike integration.
To update an integration (such as Retail Link or Direct Commerce), follow the steps below.
SupplyPike Integrations Page
Go to https://app.supplypike.com/settings/integrations and log in to your account.
Click the Update button located under the integration (eg: Retail Link or Direct Commerce). β
Enter your username and password, then click Update.
