Preset filters are designed to display deductions matching specific action-oriented scenarios. This can help provide guidance on which deductions to take action on, follow up on, archive, etc. Below, you will find a description of what each preset filter is designed for.
Actionable tab
Expiring Soon
This displays all Not disputed claims that are about to expire (60 days from the 2 year expiration date)
In Progress tab
Recently Disputed
This will display all Submitted claims from the last 14 days that are still in Walmart Research status
Older than 60 Days
This will display all submitted claims that are over 60 days old and still in Walmart Research status
Archived tab
Expiring soon
This will display all Not disputed claims nearing the 2 year expiration date. This is useful if you decide that you want to take action on any archived claims that have not been disputed yet.
Approved but not Paid
Typically, Walmart will pay out approved deductions within 7 days. Sometimes, we see longer wait times on this. This list will display all approved claims that are still awaiting payment
