Overview
SupplyPike App for Target allows you to submit multiple disputes with a single click from the deductions list page.
To initiate a bulk dispute, follow the steps in the workflow below:
All selected disputes will be queued and submitted to the Target dispute portal following our normal dispute process. If you queue a high volume of disputes in a short period of time, it could take several minutes to a few hours for all of them to complete.
While they are waiting, deductions will display a status of Submitting, and once successfully submitted, they will update to a status of Target Research.
Best Practices
Bulk disputing works best with deductions that are ready to dispute! Use the Files filter to quickly find deductions that are Ready to dispute.
