The Invoices List View

To view your invoices, click on the Invoices tab at the top of the page.

The Invoices page provides you with a list of all invoices and details on the invoices, including the invoice number and date, purchase order number, due amount and due date, and all other details. We call this page the "Invoice List View".

The Invoice List View organizes your claims into six (6) buckets - Urgent, New, Follow Up, In Progress, Resolved, and All. Click on each bucket to see invoices based on their status.

  • Urgent: Any invoice that is within 14 days of expiring. You have 18 months from the invoice due date to dispute invoices for payment with Target.

  • New: After 14 days have passed since the invoice due date, SupplyPike will mark the invoice as Past Due and move into this bucket.

  • Follow Up: Invoice disputes that Target has denied but are still within the dispute window and can be re-disputed with Target for payment.

  • In Progress: The in-progress bucket displays invoice disputes that are waiting for Target to take action on. This bucket will only show invoices with a Target Research status.

  • Resolved: Invoice disputes that has reached a final state. This can include invoice disputes that have been denied, approved, or paid, invoices paid back without a dispute, archived invoices, or invoices whose dispute window has passed.

  • All: This bucket shows a comprehensive list of all invoices.

Searching for an Invoice

The Invoice List view contains a variety of search and filtering options at the top of the list.

Use the Search box to find a specific invoice. For example, you can type in the PO number or invoice number to find what you’re looking for quickly. Or use the filtering options to narrow your invoice list down based on the status, dates, or amounts.

Filtering Invoices by Date

To filter the list of the invoices by a date range, click on the Date filter and use either the Start Date or End Date calendar, or use both to select a desired date range.

By default, invoices are displayed by Invoice Date. You can also select to filter by Purchase Order Date, Due Date, or Paid Date using the date filter.

Filtering Invoices by Status

To filter the list of invoices by status, click the Status drop-down menu and select the status(es) you wish to view.

All invoices that match the selected status(es) will be displayed.

Filtering Invoices by Amount

To filter the invoices by amount, click the Amount drop-down menu and select the desired amount type and range. Enter the same number in both to find an exact match.

As you filter your invoices list, the Total Invoice Amount will be updated based on the invoices displayed. To reset your filters, click the Clear option.

Invoice Details

Click the > button to view additional information on the invoice and to submit a dispute to Synergy.
