Not Disputed - No Synergy case has ever been created for the deduction, and we haven't seen a payment for the deduction (rarely, they may be paid back without disputing or paid back before a case is closed)
Will Not Dispute - a user in SupplyPike has marked the dispute as 'Will Not Dispute'. Deductions with this status will have their dispute function disabled unless the 'Enable Dispute Actions' button is clicked or 'Unarchive' is clicked for multiple selected
Target Research - A dispute is waiting on Target to either request further information or make a decision in favor of or against the supplier
Supplier Action - A dispute has been created, and Target is putting the ball back in the vendor's court and requesting additional information to be provided before they make a decision. There is usually a timeout of an additional 5 or more days, after which Target may deny the dispute for not receiving additional information
Denied - Target has closed the case without agreeing to pay back any amount of the deduction
Approved - Target has closed the case and agreed to pay back any amount of the deduction greater than zero, and we are still waiting to see payment proof
Paid - We have seen payment proof come through for the deduction
What does each status for deductions mean in SupplyPike for Target?
