We're excited to announce that we have redesigned our in-app navigation to make your experience more intuitive and efficient!

Our new design prioritizes retailers, with key functions prominently positioned. We aimed to make navigating our app as clear and simple as possible, empowering you to make the most of SupplyPike.

There are no major changes to functionality like viewing and disputing deduction but you will notice a transition away from product names, like Deductions Navigator and OTIF Radar, in favor of retailers. You can now click on a retailer and see the applicable solutions.

SupplyPike's Walmart solution consists of five modules- the new RevLoss Summary dashboard, Deductions, OTIF, SQEP, and Documents. You can access each of these by clicking on them in the navigation.

If you are unable to access any navigation item it is likely because it is not included in your subscription, which should be denoted through tooltips/hover messages. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you believe there is an error.

The navigation for these retailers consists of Deductions and Documents.

You can also navigate to different retailers and/or suppliers by using the supplier switcher dropdown located in the top right corner of each page. For example, clicking on an Amazon supplier would take you to Deductions for Amazon. This will also update the left-side navigation so that Amazon is selected.
