Create a new Supplier Hub User

The best process for linking your Home Depot info to SupplyPike is by creating a restricted account for each vendor within your Supplier Hub organization that allows us to access the necessary data. This way, you can be confident your data will never be out of sync with SupplyPike or cause workflow disruptions.

  1. Login to Supplier Hub with an Admin account.

  2. Go to the Partner Profile page.

    • Click on the “Users” tab on the left side of the page

    • Click on the “+ Add User button” on the right side of the page

  3. Fill in the details and then click Save.

    • Name: Enter the name of your employee who typically handles disputing

    • Email: request an email address from SupplyPike by emailing support@supplypike.com

    • Job Title: Contributor

    • Address: Select address from existing list

    • Phone Number: request a phone number from SupplyPike by emailing support@supplypike.com

    • 3rd Party User: click “Yes, they work for”, and input “Contractor”

    • Partner Guardian: No

  4. Assign all active M-Vendor numbers to the user.

  5. Assign all Compliance and Accounting & Finance tools to the user.

  6. Once all fields have been entered, click “Create”.

  7. Notify your SupplyPike Customer Success manager or your point of contact that you’ve completed these steps.

About Your Data Security

We are familiar with the terms of services of these third-party connections and are compliant with all relevant sections. We invest heavily in our data security and audits so that your data is accessed and stored securely without violating any terms.
