Description
An automated deduction is issued against an invoice. Typically the deduction will be for the difference between the invoice and receipt amounts. The deduction number should contain “DN” or “EC” and the tracking number will contain “LOWSOS”.
How to Dispute Auto Deductions

Signed BOL if the shipment is Collect
Signed POD if the shipment is Prepaid
