Deduction issued by Lowe’s after the Compliance Disputing window has closed for the month, and fines have been finalized. This deduction will encompass Fill Rate and On Time fines for that time period. The deduction number should contain “DML” and the tracking number will contain “LOWVLS”.

Note: It is suggested to dispute any compliance fines through Lowe’s’ Vendor Compliance System (VCS) during the disputing window at the start of each month (open from the 2nd to the 16th each month). If invalid, suppliers will have greater success disputing through VCS, versus waiting for the deduction and disputing in Vendor Inquiry.
