Overview

Allowance invoices relate to any allowance charges you, as the supplier, are likely expecting to be taken. Instead of giving it off-invoice, the method chosen was via High Radius invoicing. These are typically charged periodically, such as monthly or quarterly, for the entire period.

What charges are associated with Allowances?

These are the Bill Type Acronyms that you'll find under the Allowance category:

  • Co-Ops

  • Deals

  • Excessive Defective

  • DSV.com

  • Grocery Unloading

  • PO Allowances

  • VIP Program

  • Unsaleable

Can you dispute these charges?

Yes, you can dispute these via High Radius.

How to dispute these charges

Refer to your supplier agreement or any other agreement that spells out the terms of providing Walmart with the allowance described. If funds were taken in excess of what was expected, using the agreement as proof will be key to your dispute.

Requesting backup documentation may be helpful to see the math and list of transactions that Walmart used to generate the charge, to see if anything is invalid.
