What is Auto Dispute, and how does it work?

Auto Disputing enables users to eliminate manual work in the disputing process. This feature is available for Shortages and Pricing, where SupplyPike can help gather all the available proof documentation automatically.

Only Not Disputed deductions can be auto-disputed. On the Auto Dispute Settings page, the user can set the attachment criteria and a dollar threshold, and then we'll handle the rest magically!

How do I set up Auto Dispute?

First, you will want to make sure you have your Default Settings configured how you like. Check out this article for more details on your Default Dispute Settings. Remember that these settings apply across the board, not only for deductions that will be auto-disputed!

To use Auto Dispute, you will need to enable the checkbox in the top right. You can then toggle on the specific deduction types you want to be disputed. and configure the attachments you want to be required with each submission. We will include our default recommendations.

The "Deduction Amount Limit" sets the maximum and/or minimum dollar amount you want to dispute. For example, entering $500 in the Max box and $100 in the Min Box will auto dispute any deduction over $100 that is under $500. This allows you to review anything larger than that in more detail before submitting on your own.

What is Auto Follow Up, and how does it work?

This settings page pairs well with Auto Disputing to avoid manual work but can also be used independently and configured to your liking.

To use this feature, enable the Auto Follow Up checkbox, and set your frequency for response time. This is the # of days you'd like us to wait before responding to a dispute to check for an update on it's status.

If you set the frequency to 30 days, this means if 30 days passes with no updates, or communication from either side occurs, we will ask for Walgreens to provide an update. Any responses from Walgreens or manual follow up responses from the supplier will reset this timer. SupplyPike will continue to follow up until the dispute is either approved or denied.

The Default Follow Up Response is currently not editable, but is shown as an example of what our typical follow response looks like.
