What are Scheduled Reports?

The Report Builder page allows you to generate and receive reports on a specified schedule automatically. Choose from daily, weekly, or monthly delivery to get the data you need when you need it.

How to Set Up a Scheduled Report

Step 1: Build Your Report

  1. Navigate to the Report Builder.

  2. Set up the filters to output the data for your reporting use case.

Step 2: Schedule the Report

  1. Click on the Schedule button at the bottom of the Report Builder.

  2. In the Schedule Report dialog, select the frequency:

    • Daily: Delivered every day at 10 am CST.

    • Weekly: Delivered every Monday at 10 am CST.

    • Monthly: Delivered on the 1st of each month at 10 am CST.

  3. Click Schedule to confirm.

Step 3: Manage Scheduled Reports

  1. Navigate to the Scheduled Reports tab.

  2. View your list of scheduled reports, edit settings, or delete them as necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the schedule of a report after it’s set?

Yes, you can edit the schedule by navigating to the Scheduled Reports tab and clicking the edit icon next to the report you wish to modify.

What if I want to stop receiving a scheduled report?

To stop a report, go to the Scheduled Reports tab and click the delete icon next to the report you want to cancel.

Can I create multiple reports with different schedules?

Absolutely! You can schedule as many reports as you need, each with its own settings and frequency.

Can I download the prebuilt/scheduled report whenever I want?

Yes! You can rerun and download the scheduled report anytime by clicking the refresh icon for a specific report on the Scheduled Reports tab.

How will I receive the reports?

Reports will be automatically emailed to your registered email address at the scheduled time. The email will contain a link for you to log in to SupplyPike and download your report.
