MFG Unit Shortage Codes
SPS Commerce categorizes the following codes as MFG unit shortages based on information provided by Kroger and how we see suppliers disputing these deductions with Kroger.
06D - UPC Discrepancy/Shortage/Do Not Stock ITM
Description
Kroger imposes a shortage deduction when they receive fewer cases than what they were billed for on the invoice.
How to Dispute
Default Dispute Type: MS - MFG Unit Shortage
Required Proof Documentation:
Invoice
Signed Proof of Delivery from the Plant, must include the plant signature
