Viewing the Walmart Deductions Dashboard

Log in to SupplyPike at https://app.supplypike.com/, then click on Walmart in the left-hand pane. This will take you to the Dashboard page.

Deductions Management Health

In the Deductions Management Health section at the top of the dashboard, you'll see several metrics boxes. Mouse over the information bubbles in the boxes to see how each metric was compiled.

Deductions Breakdown

Next, you’ll see a summary chart with general deductions information. This shows you the total dollars for all deductions received during the selected timeframe, the sum of dollars for deductions that have not been disputed, the sum of your approved disputes that have not been paid, the sum of your paid back disputes, and your dispute win rate (calculated based on dollars approved vs. total dollars either approved or denied).

Filtering the Deductions Dashboard Data

To filter the data displayed in the dashboard summary and graphs by a date range, click on the Date button or Code button to select the desired date ranges or to choose specific deduction codes.

The data in the deductions summary and all graphs below the Date and Code buttons will dynamically update to display data for the selected date range or code choices.

Deductions by Status

Below the Deductions Breakdown chart, you’ll see the Deductions by Status chart. This chart breaks down the status of all of your claims. You can see how much you have in each status category, such as Not Disputed, Walmart Research, or Approved.

There is also the ability to create separate views for the "Paid" column and/or the "Closed" column for this chart. When the Closed box is checked, the Closed column will be added, showing all deductions that were archived or that have expired without being in progress, approved, or settled. When the Paid box is checked, any deductions that have been paid back are represented in the Paid column, regardless of their dispute status. When the boxes are not checked, all deductions are represented in their respective dispute status columns, regardless of whether or not they have been paid back or archived.

Many of the charts on the dashboard can be viewed by claim dollar amount or the count.

Other Charts

The deductions dashboard includes additional charts to provide insights and help identify trends. These charts include:

  • Deductions by Claim Code: identifies the count and amount of deductions received for each claim code.

  • Deductions by Amount: identifies the count or amount of your deductions based on their size (less than $100, $100-$1000, or greater than $1000).

  • Deductions Over Time: summarizes your deductions received over the last year.

  • Deductions by Item Number: summarizes deductions received for each SKU.

  • Deductions by Location: summarizes deductions received at each location or distribution center.
