Accounts Payable deductions can be disputed in Walmart’s Direct Commerce portal.

Submit the enrollment request form for Direct Commerce

  • Company Legal Name (per tax identification number)
  • SAP Supplier ID (9 digit supplier number)
  • Legacy Supplier ID (6 digit supplier number)

  • Postal Code 
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Y/N Question: If you sell merchandise for resale to Walmart customers

After submitting the form to Direct Commerce

If your request hasn't been completed in a timely manner (approval and activation could take 5-10 business days) follow up with GBS

DirectCommerce will send you a Quick Start Guide once your application has been processed.

Accounts Receivable deductions can be viewed and disputed in Walmart’s High Radius portal.

To request new user setup for High Radius

Information Needed: 

  • Six-Digit Vendor Number(s)
  • Company Name(s) 
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Time Zone
  • Business Phone
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Country

After submitting a request to High Radius
An email will be sent to new users with login credentials (check your spam folder if you don’t receive anything) and a new user guide. 

Your username will be your email address, and passwords can be reset from the High Radius portal.
