Accounts Payable Dispute Portal Enrollment

Accounts Payable deductions can be disputed in Walmart's Accounts Payable Disputes Portal (APDP).

Vendors are automatically enrolled in APDP once they have a registered Retail Link account. Simply search for APDP in the search bar, or favorite the app in the Apps tab for easy access. If you experience issues accessing or using APDP, please submit a ticket to EBS for assistance. https://wmgbs-support.custhelp.com/app/retail_link

Accounts Receivable Dispute Portal Enrollment

Accounts Receivable deductions can be viewed and disputed in Walmart’s High Radius portal.

To request new user setup for High Radius
To request a new user setup for High Radius email HiRadCS@walmart.com with the following information.


Information Needed: 

  • Six-Digit Vendor Number(s)

  • Company Name(s) 

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Time Zone

  • Business Phone

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  • Country

After submitting a request to High Radius
An email will be sent to new users with login credentials (check your spam folder if you don’t receive anything) and a new user guide. 

Your username will be your email address, and passwords can be reset from the High Radius portal.
