The Supply Pike OTIF Dashboard contains company-wide OTIF performance with the selected filters to see how you're performing at a glance.

OTIF Dashboard Metrics

  • Prepaid On Time: Percentage of prepaid cases that are on time.
  • Collect Ready: Percentage of collect cases that were collect ready (routed on time and ready for pickup).
  • In Full: Percentage of cases delivered compared to cases ordered.
  • Cases Ordered: Number of cases ordered during the selected time frame.
  • Cases Received: Number of cases received during the selected time frame.
  • Unfilled Cases:  Number of cases that were not filled during the selected time frame. 
  • Overfilled Cases: Number of cases that were overfilled during the selected time frame.  
  • Cases on Time:  Number of cases that arrived to the D.C. during the allotted time frame. 
  • Cases Early: Number of cases that arrived to the D. C. before the allotted time frame.
  • Cases Late: Number of cases that arrived to the D.C. after the allotted time frame.

View detailed data for an individual point in time on the graph by hovering over it with your mouse. Detailed data includes:
Prepaid Details:

  • Percentage of Prepaid On Time shipments
  • Percentage goal
  • Percentage and number of cases on time
  • Percentage and number of cases late
  • Percentage and number of cases early

Food and Consumables In Full Details:

  • Percentage of In Full shipments for food and consumable products
  • Percentage goal
  • Percentage and number of cases shipped in full
  • Percentage and number of cases unfilled

General Merchandise In Full Details:

  • Percentage of In Full shipments for non-consumable products
  • Percentage goal
  • Percentage and number of cases shipped in full
  • Percentage and number of cases unfilled

Collect Ready Details

  • Percentage of Collect Ready pick up orders
  • Percentage goal
  • Percentage and number of cases that were ready for pick up
  • Percentage and number of cases that had late routing
  • Percentage and number of cases that were not ready at the supplier ship point

Apply Filters
The OTIF Dashboard allows you to apply the following filters. After a filter has been applied, the data displayed in the dashboard will refresh and display based on the selected filters. 

Filter your OTIF data using the following:

  • Date Range: Select the desired Walmart Week by clicking on the week number in the calendar or select a Walmart Month by clicking on the month (e.g. Mar).
  • Vendor Numbers: Filter your OTIF data by 6 or 9 digit vendor number(s).
  • Prepaid & Collect: Filter your OTIF data to view metrics based on your freight terms.

Export Data

Export OTIF data to further share or analyze your OTIF performance.

You can export your data by either PO Level or broken out by PO Line. The PO Line breakdown includes item number, item description, and line case counts. 

List of POs

The List of POs allows you to quickly view your non-compliant POs with your selected filters, for any of the key OTIF metrics.

Click on In Full, Prepaid On Time, or Collect Ready to view non-compliant POs for that OTIF metric.

In addition, you can select to view only non-compliant PO's or view all PO's.
