First, ensure you are disputing at the optimal time to get OTIF fines waived.
To determine what to dispute, you have two options:
Option 1: Use Possible Invalid Fines identified in the SupplyPike OTIF app to dispute
To view potential invalid charges in the SupplyPike OTIF app:
Open the OTIF Dashboard page.
Select the month or months you wish to dispute using the Date Range filter.
Review the Summary section and determine if you have any invalid charges for any OTIF metric.
If one of the scenarios presents invalid charges you wish to dispute, click on the Possible Invalid Fines number.
This will take you to the Orders tab with the POs automatically filtered to the list of POs that make up that invalid charge.
Select POs to Dispute
Click the top checkbox to check all POs.
Click on Dispute POs.
Send the Dispute
On the Create WMT Stores Dispute screen, add a custom comment if applicable, add any additional attachments if needed, then click Submit Dispute to send the dispute to Walmart.
The last step is to send a fine reversal email request to your Walmart resource. Skip to the bottom of the article for further information and example email templates.
