Viewing the Kroger Deductions Dashboard

Log in to SupplyPike at https://app.supplypike.com/, then click on Kroger on the banner on the left hand side of the screen.

After logging in, you will see the Deductions Navigator Dashboard.

Deductions Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary chart with general deductions-reainformation. This shows you the total dollars for all deductions received during the selected timeframe, the sum of dollars for deductions that have not been disputed, the sum of your approved claims that have not been paid, and your claim win rate (calculated based on dollars approved vs. total dollars either approved or denied).

Filtering the Deductions Dashboard Data

To filter the data displayed in the dashboard summary and graphs by a date range, click on the Date button to select the desired date range.

The data in the deductions summary and all graphs will dynamically update to display data for the selected date range.

For example, if you wanted to view the status of your claims in the last 30 days, just select the time frame to get a quick glance into your performance during that time. The Clear button resets your dashboard data.

Deductions by Status

Below the summary chart, you’ll see the Deductions by Status chart. This chart breaks down the status of all of your claims. You can see how much you have each status category, such as Not Claimed, Draft, Pending Kroger, Pending Vendor, Paid, Denied, Expired, or Will Not Dispute.

Many of the charts on the dashboard can be viewed by deduction dollar amount or deduction count.

Other Charts

The deductions dashboard includes additional charts to provide insights and help identify trends. These charts include:

  • Deductions by Adjustment Reason: identifies the count and amount of deductions received for each adjustment reason code.

  • Deductions by Amount: identifies the count or amount of your deductions based on their size (less than $100, $100-$1000, or greater than $1000).

  • Deductions Over Time: summarizes your deductions received over the last several years.

  • Deduction Lines by Item: summarizes deductions received for each SKU.

  • Deductions by Division: Identifies the count and amount of deductions received from each operational division.
