There may be times where you come across a particular claim or code that you are not wanting to dispute at that time. You can utilize the Archive feature to get these deductions out of sight and out of mind! We always encourage customers to go after every every deduction they believe to be invalid, but if you have a specific claim or code that you believe is valid, there are a few ways to remove this from your view.

Bulk Archiving Claims

Within the Actionable tab of your Deductions, you can archive claims in bulk by selecting multiple claims and then clicking "Archive" on the right-hand side of the page.

After selecting the claims you wish to Archive, you will be prompted with the below text. Select "Archive" to archive the claims.

Archiving Claims Individually

You can also archive claims by going to the Details page of a particular Deduction. Clicking the "Will Not Dispute" button will archive the single claim you're currently on.

How do I archive claims that have already been disputed?

Once a claim has been successfully submitted to APDP you are no longer able to archive it in the way you would with claims in Not Disputed status. If the claim is worked to completion (with either an Approved or Denied status) it will automatically move to the Archived tab once the status updates in SupplyPike. If the claim is returned to you in Supplier Action status but you don't want to re-dispute it, you will have to cancel the claim to move it to the Archived tab.

To cancel claims you can log into APDP and search for the claim you'd like to cancel. If you have more than 5000 claims in APDP you have to search for the claim by trying to create a new dispute for it. The option to create a dispute will be in the top right hand corner of APDP. Click into the claim once you've found it and select all of the claim lines. On the next page there will be drop down options by all the lines. Change all of the drop downs to "Cancel" and click Confirm. After our next nightly update SupplyPike will also show these as Cancelled and they will be moved to the Archived tab.

If you don't want to cancel them manually, you can also wait 7 days for them to cancel out automatically in APDP. After the nightly update the claims will be moved to the Archived tab within SupplyPike.
