There may be times when you come across a particular deduction or code that you do not want to dispute. You can utilize the Archive feature to get these deductions out of sight and out of mind! We always encourage customers to go after every deduction they believe to be invalid, but if you have a specific deduction or code that you believe is valid, there are a few ways to remove it from your view.

Bulk Archiving Deductions

You can archive or unarchive deductions in any status in bulk from all tabs in the deductions app by selecting multiple deductions and then clicking "Archive" or "Unarchive" on the right-hand side of the page. This will move the deductions to the Archived tab (if they're not already there) and add an Archived indicator under the status of the deduction.

After selecting the deductions you wish to Archive, you will be prompted with the below text. Select "Archive" to archive the deductions.

Archiving Deductions Individually

You can also archive deductions by going to the top right corner of the Deduction Details page of a particular Deduction and clicking the Archive button. This will archive the single deduction you're currently viewing.

How do I archive deductions that have already been disputed?

Our advanced archiving feature allows you to archive any deduction regardless of status. Once you archive it, it will move to the Archived tab, but the status will remain and the Archived indicator will appear underneath the status.
