How to Filter and Resubmit Failed Claims

This article describes how to quickly filter for failed claims so you can re-dispute them.

On the List View page, find the More Filters option at the end of the Filters row.

Once selected, click the "Only Failed Disputes" box under the Dispute Type dropdown and click "Done."

All claims that have failed to submit to APDP will be returned.

Select the box on the far left-hand side (under the search box) to select all of the claims currently on the page.

The Submit Dispute button will appear on the right-hand side of the page, allowing you to re-dispute up to 100 claims at a time.

Please be aware that only claims in Not Disputed status can be submitted in bulk. Supplier Action claims must be disputed individually.
