What is Auto Hide?
Auto Hide is precisely what the name implies! This new function is designed to hide the deduction codes in the Revenue Recovery app that you don't want to dispute. We recommend that customers go after every claim they believe to be invalid; therefore, this should only apply to claims that you know you don't want to dispute, or to claims that you don’t want to dispute via the typical disputing process.
How to access Auto Hide?
Auto Hide is found in the System Settings within the app. This feature is currently available for both Target and Walmart.
How does Auto Hide work?
Claim codes selected for Auto Hide will not be shown in the app. This will apply to future claims as well as any previously existing claims.
How is this different from the Auto Archive feature?
While these two features may sound similar, Auto Archive lets you view the archived claims in the app, whereas Auto Hide prevents the selected claim codes from being stored in the app.
