Release notes - December 20th, 2022

  • New "Fine Validity" Filter makes switching between ASN and DSS Discrepancies for dipsuting, easier to navigate.

  • Design update which reorganizes information within the dashboard pop-ups.

  • Updated search bar on Orders page which calls out the ability to Omni-Search information across all months.

  • Updated a bug causing some eCommerce disputes to fail.

  • Users on trial can now submit up to two disputes.

  • Swapped the Fines Over Time and Compliance Trends tabs on the dashboard to make navigating Fines easier.

  • Made improvements to speed up the load time of the Orders page.

  • Made Performance Improvements to the download speed of dispute documents.

  • Updated UI to properly size different in app pop-ups for better user experience.

  • Fixed a bug so the correct Arrival Compliance Date shows accurately at the PO level.

  • Disputes page has new filtering/ sorting options to organize previous disputes.

  • SupplyPike now automatically pulls in more approved amounts from High Radius so you don't have to input yourself.


Release notes - November 10, 2022

  • Prepaid On Time Disputing is now supported through the app!

  • Users are limited to one active/ pending dispute per metric type (Collect, Prepaid, Each In Full Category) each month. This is to avoid rejections in High Radius due to duplicates.

  • The Disputes tab received an update in design.

  • Fixed a DSS discrepancy issue where dispute amounts weren’t matching up.


Release notes - October 24, 2022

  • Fines that we deem to be valid based on the data we are pulling can also be disputed if users have a reason they want to dispute them.

  • Disputes now automatically have a suggested dispute comment that can be edited.

  • Adjustments were made to the dispute documents based on new High Radius requirements.

  • PO Type was added to Custom Segments in the Analysis page as an additional filter.

  • Fixed Custom Segment bugs showing incorrect data and buttons not working as intended.

  • eCommerce OTIF disputing is now available through High Radius connection, similar to OTIF Stores!

  • Order’s page now shows the latest dispute for the filtered month.

  • Dashboard Compliance Trends and Fines Over Time charts don’t show unnecessary metric types anymore.

  • Fixed bugs related to the navigation and disputing of fines.


Release notes - August 9th, 2022

  • Dispute Details page released for each disputed fine within the dispute list.

  • User’s can now update the dispute amount on disputes submitted outside of SupplyPike.

  • Increased the download speed of dispute documents.

  • Dispute Document was updated to include DC number automatically.

  • Best practices for disputing link added to dispute checkout screen.

  • When a dispute is submitted, a link is given to the Disputes page to look at further.

  • Dispute process changes help guide user to months that can be disputed easier.


Release notes - July 18th, 2022

  • Disputing to High Radius is officially here! Select a month with invoiced invalid fines identified by the app to dispute.

  • Automatic creation of dispute files are attached to each dispute and sent to High Radius.

  • Select POs to dispute and follow the dispute checkout screen to submit.

  • Performance Improvements for the Analysis page are added to speed up load times.

  • Updated Omnisearch abilities in the app to find information from different areas more easily

  • Connections to High Radius are improved in preparation for Fine Disputing.

  • Additional Security Updates made to protect data and follow SOC2 Requirements.


Release notes - May 16th, 2022

  • 9-Digit Vendor information can now be seen when the ASN Discrepancies filter is on.

  • Downloadable Dashboard vendor reports now include more information in the file.

  • The borders of buttons were cleaned up to look better and more consistent.

  • Style of links throughout the app were changed to be more consistent and match the app theme.


Release notes - May 6th, 2022

  • Improvements made to the apps speed at finding Invalid Fines for each month.

  • Fixed an error where PDFs were not downloading.

  • Fixed an issue where invalid fines weren’t being identified before October 2020.

  • More security improvements were made to the app in accordance with SOC2 Requirements.

  • Fixed an issue where unselecting all vendors in the global filters breaks the app.

  • Fixed eCommerce page trending report to say "Eaches" instead of "Cases".


Release notes - April 12th, 2022

  • Beginning to receive High Radius Invoices in preparation for disputing.

  • Trending Report is updated to include invalid fines identified by SupplyPike.

  • Fixed an issue to include more edge cases of arrival times to keep data consistent.

  • Made performance improvements to speed up the Dashboard loading process.

  • Fixed an issue that allows months with no data to load and not crash the app.

  • Fixed the trending graph to include older data and other issues with it.


Release notes - March 21st, 2022

  • Updated our ability to pull up-to-date data from Retail Link following Multi-Factor authentication changes.

  • Fixed a bug preventing shipping documents from being linked to POs.

  • Update our Transportation Ticket pulling for PO Detail data.

  • Cleaned up some Filter buttons and interactions.


Release notes - February 28th, 2022

  • Updated in app calendar to match the weeks of the Walmart year.

  • Added a filter to show DSS Discrepancies in the Orders page.

  • Changed how we pull PO Cancel and PO Edit Reason data to show in the PO details page.


Release notes - February 7th, 2022

  • Added a custom segments portion to the Analysis page in the app. Pre-saved data views can be easily navigated and have a blend of different options with multiple filters allowed to be applied at once.

  • Custom Segments can also be edited or deleted at any time.

  • Updated Buyer Dispute Documents to show invalid fines more accurately to what they should be considered.

  • Added ASN information to PO details page.


Release notes - January 25th, 2022

  • Improved the speed of PO level and PO line level exports.

  • Added Item related search improvements to Omni-Search.

  • Multiple weeks within a month can now be selected in the date filter.

  • Fixed an error keeping Appoint Scheduler information up to date in the PO Details.
