Automatically archive certain deduction types you do not wish to dispute

What is Auto Archive?

Auto Archive is a feature that allows you to automatically archive certain deduction types that you do not wish to dispute. This will keep these deduction codes out of your Urgent and New buckets so that you can more quickly review your deduction packages for potential disputing. We always recommend disputing any invalid deduction that you can, but if you know you will never or very rarely dispute certain deduction types, then you can auto-archive them to more easily focus on the deduction types you wish to dispute.

How does Auto Archive work?

Once you have set up your Auto Archive settings, each night as new deductions are pulled into the SPS Revenue Recovery app, any deduction with a matching code that you designated will be archived. This deduction will still be added to the app, but will only be visible in the Resolved and All buckets on the Deductions page.

Just like any manually archived deduction, you can still review the details and choose to un-archive it if you wish to dispute it.

Changing settings will only affect future deductions that are pulled in, not any current deductions in the app. You can also bulk archive existing deduction packages on the Deductions page.

How do I set up Auto Archive?

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner near your company name.

  2. Then select Auto Archive on the left side.

  3. Toggle on any deduction types you which to automatically archive.

  4. Click on Save Changes.
