What is Auto Archive?
Auto Archive is a feature that allows you to automatically archive certain deduction codes that you do not wish to dispute. This will keep these deduction codes out of your Actionable deductions so that you can more quickly review your Actionable deductions for potential disputing. We always recommend disputing any invalid deduction that you can, but if you know you will never or very rarely dispute certain deduction codes, then you can auto archive them to more easily focus on the deductions you wish to dispute.
How does Auto Archive work?
Once you have set up your Auto Archive settings, each night as new deductions are pulled into SupplyPike, any deduction with a matching code that you designated will be archived. This deduction will still be added to SupplyPike, but will only be visible in the All Deductions tab on the Deductions page. It's status will be set to Will Not Dispute.
Just like any manually archived deduction, you can still review the details and choose to un-archive it if you wish to dispute it.
Changing settings will only affect future deductions that are pulled in, not any current deductions in SupplyPike. You can also bulk archive existing deductions on the Deductions page.
How do I set up Auto Archive?
Click the Settings icon in the top right corner near your company name.
Then select Auto Archive on the left side.
On the right side, click the Deduction Code dropdown list and select any code you wish to automatically archive.
Click on Save Changes.
