SupplyPike Deductions Navigator allows you to re-dispute a deduction that was previously disputed and denied, with one click. While Deductions Navigator automates this resubmission for you, it’s still useful to understand how disputes are resubmitted in the Lavante portal.

When a Kroger deduction has been disputed, and this initial claim is denied, then there is an opportunity to submit a new claim to redispute the deduction as long as the deduction is still within the 180 day window.

Steps to re-dispute a denied deduction

  1. To review your Denied deductions, go to the Archived or All Deductions tab in the Deductions list view.

  2. Here you can search, sort, or filter deductions to only Denied deductions.

  3. Any deduction that was created in the last 180 days is still within the window to dispute.

  4. Open one of these deductions to the Deduction Details screen.

  5. In the Details page, you'll see a new section on the right side that includes the dispute form along with Kroger's last message from the last claim that often contains their reasoning for denying the claim.

    1. The dispute form will be auto-filled based on what was submitted on the original claim to speed up the 2nd claim submission.

  6. Make any changes to the dispute form such as changing the Claim Type, Description, or additional attachments to respond to Kroger's denial reason.

  7. Finally, click Submit Claim at the bottom to create your new claim with the newly modified information.

Once you resubmit a dispute, the deduction will update to Pending Kroger status and the details page will be updated with the new claim details.

When you open a deduction with a Denied claim in which the deduction is no longer in the dispute window, we'll let you know that the deduction is too old to re-dispute.
