October 31st

  • Columns are now resizable in both the OTIF Orders Page and SQEP Defects page so data isn't cutoff and unreadable.


October 27th

  • All Users can dispute In Full fines as far back as 13 months ago

    • The Disputing process for these historical months works the same as your standard detailed months.

  • Multiple Months can be view all at once. Check out the new calendar in both the SQEP and OTIF app.


October 23rd

  • Updated our Carrier SCAC code list for our Analysis Page.


October 11th

  • Dashboard $ axis now shows m for millions instead of 1000k.


September 5th

  • Speed improvements made to the OTIF dispute submission process.


August 8th

  • OTIF Orders page speed improvement made to process PO Lines faster.

  • Item number added to the Defect data when applicable.


July 26th

  • Download buttons added to the SQEP app with options of:

    • Dashboard PDF

    • SQEP Trending report

    • Defect Level charge data

    • Option to download based on current tab and filters

  • OTIF Radar officially renamed to Walmart Compliance.

  • Sidebar added as navigation tool including separate options for OTIF and SQEP within the Walmart solution.


June 30th

  • Dashboard Charts now show Projected fines as striped to indicate they are not official.

  • Orders Page Invoice card updated to show when a month is "Optimal" to dispute for best payback.

  • "Actual" Fines changed to "Invoiced" Fines while "Expected" and "Potential" Fines were changed to "Projected" Fines to match Walmart language.

  • Now showing the Day of the Week a Routing Deadline fell on in the Details page.


May 10th

  • SQEP Fine Trend Chart and Defects Page available for Early Access customers.

    • Dashboard page has summary information on Defects.

    • Defects Tab includes transactional data of SQEP fines and filters for use.


April 19th

  • Active month of projected fines added to the OTIF dashboard.

    • The current unfinished month was previously not included in the dashboard trend chart.


March 1st

  • Disputes are now allowed to have a higher approved amount than dispute amount.

    • High Radius had originally not paid back more than the original dispute amount.


February 9th

  • In Full Fines combined with the option for a breakdown on the Dashboard of the different alignments.

    • Allows disputing of all In Full fines all at once instead of broken down by each In Full Alignment grouping.


January 25th

  • Failed disputes saved as draft with the option to retry or start fresh.

  • Filters updated to stick when navigating different parts of the app.

  • Orders page updated to combine all In Full fines together and improve disputing experience.

  • Users limited to 1 dispute per fine invoice to avoid rejections for duplicate disputes.

  • Walmart 2023 calendar updated to display in app correctly.
