This release contains a new and improved archiving feature set. Now, with SupplyPike for Walmart, you can archive or unarchive any deduction, regardless of status, so that you can finalize deductions you no longer wish to pursue.

Key Updates:

  • Archive/unarchive any deduction, regardless of status, from the List View or the Deduction Details page

  • There is a new Archived indicator, and an Archive filter was added to the List View

  • We added the Archived column to Deductions Exports

  • ‘Will Not Dispute’ status was replaced by the Archived indicator

  • Archive/unarchive actions are shown in Deductions History

  • We updated the Deductions by Status graph on the Dashboard to show archived deductions

How it works:

You can now archive or unarchive any deduction from the List View or the Deduction Details page. When you archive a deduction, that deduction will keep its existing Dispute status, but it will now also be marked as Archived. If the retailer changes a dispute status, SupplyPike will continue to update the status, while still showing the deduction as Archived as well.

This new Archived indicator will show up in the List View, the Deduction exports, and in the Deduction History so that you know if a deduction has been archived. You’ll also notice an Unarchive button in the top right corner of the Deduction Details page for any deduction that has been archived.

Further, when a deduction is archived, it will be automatically moved to the Archived tab on the List View, regardless of status.

Inside the Archived tab, you can now use a filter to find deductions that have been archived or that have not been archived. For example, to set up a workflow where you can identify Denied deductions that have not been reviewed, you can use filters to find deductions in “Denied” and “Not Archived” status. As you review these Denied deductions, you can archive them once you determine that they should be finalized.

Will Not Dispute Status Removal:

With this new archiving change, we are also removing the current Will Not Dispute status. Deductions that were previously set to Will Not Dispute status will be reverted back to Not Disputed and marked as Archived. This way, regardless of dispute status, all archived deductions will be shown the same way and maintain their actual dispute status.

Deductions by Status Graph

Lastly, this update also required some changes to the Deductions by Status graph on the Dashboard. Just as before, you can separate Paid deductions into their own bar on the graph. Additionally, you can now separate Closed deductions, meaning deductions that have either been archived, or deductions that have expired in the Not Disputed, Denied, or Cancelled status.
