Compliance Other Codes
ORAD deductions are charged by Kroger as part of their compliance requirements.
SPS categorizes the following codes as Compliance Other based on the rarity with which these deductions are disputed, they cannot confidently be assigned a default dispute type.
ORAD - Not following Traffic Department routing instructions
ORAD - Pallet Issue
ORAD - Missing PO or Address on BOL
ORAD - No Delivery Appointment
ORAD - Packing List Missing/Error
ORAD - Missing Delivery Appointment
ORAD - Unknown

The exact reason for compliance deductions can be better understood by reviewing the deduction details.
If Kroger has not provided any reason for the ORAD deduction, ORAD - Unknown or simply ORAD, it may be best to first submit a question to Kroger asking for details regarding why the deduction was taken.
How to Dispute
ORAD disputes can be disputed as either ORAD - Late Shipment or ORAD - Case Fill. Kroger recommends:
ORAD - Late Shipment by used for all invoices showing "ORAD" in the item description.
ORAD - Case Fill be used for Case Fill violations, Capstone Violations, and all other 16-Digit vendor non-compliance deductions.
