The Overages page now groups PO's based on MABD date rather than Order Date.
A new Disputed By column has been added to the Deductions export files, listing the SupplyPike user who disputed the deduction last. This data will be populated on all future disputed deductions through SupplyPike.

Root Cause for Walmart Deductions *Beta* has been released!

For users who are on Early Pay, you now have access to both the validity filter on the list view, along with the judgments that appear on shortage deductions.
Along with adding documents, editing reasons, and disputing, we have added the ability to bulk add internal notes across deductions!

Based on some great user feedback, we have added some new functionality to your settings page: Custom Default Dispute Reasons! Following in the footsteps of other SupplyPike retailer solutions, we are excited to allow users the ability to tackle more deductions with their pre-set reasons.
Fixed an issue where some users were not receiving validity judgments on their recent deductions.

Identifying Overages has never been easier, as SupplyPike has now added a new page just for this. Month by month dating back 2 years, you can see how many purchase orders were affected by overages which can easily downloaded in a report to bill Walmart for. Don't forget to check out our detailed article on overages as you navigate them!

In the deductions detail page for Codes 10 and 11, we are now displaying purchase order and invoice prices in place of quantity information as this data is more relevant to this deduction code type!
In addition to seeing the claim/disputed/approved/denied amounts on the deductions list view page, you can now see the paid total amount across the displayed deductions!

Our platform now accepts Supplier Agreements without allowances! Previously, it was a requirement to input the allowances present on your agreement.

The Expiring Soon filter has been adjusted from 2 weeks to expiration ---> 60 days to expiration!

As you navigate through individual deductions in SupplyPike, you'll now be able to move from claim to claim seamlessly! With the addition of a next/back arrow on the top right hand of your deduction detail page, we've provided an easier way to walk through each deduction.

In the deductions detail page, we have now included the Dispute Reason and Case Number for disputes submitted through SupplyPike to APDP!
On this same page, we have added new *logos* to reflect the source of each (Proof Documentation) file! You will see documents such as the PO and Invoice that are "Provided by SupplyPike", PODs and BOLs that stem from our Shipping Document Integration team, and even files that are uploaded by you, the user!

Due to a recent change on Walmart's side, specifically in APDP, there are a few adjustments we have made on the SupplyPike side to match:
You cannot submit disputes without at least one document anymore
We have removed the ability to change the "Freight Carrier" and the "Shipping Method" fields in the deduction details page

As they are not disputable in APDP anymore, we have disabled the ability to submit codes 58 and 69 within the Walmart Deductions App.
There were a few dispute failures identified and fixed during the adjustments to how our application submits disputes to APDP.

Made adjustments to our dispute submission process to match APDP changes. This will not affect your workflow and all disputes are submitting as normal now.
Fixed an issue where Returns Deductions were getting stuck on Submitting.

As you review your approved disputes in Deductions Navigator Walmart, you will see a *new* symbol appear. This yellow icon indicates that your deduction was approved for the full amount, but Walmart only partially paid you back!
