Release Notes - August 26, 2024

For codes where Kroger requires specific documents to submit a dispute, SupplyPike will now callout the required documents and only allow disputing if all required documents are attached. Use the readiness filter to easily see which deductions are ready to dispute & which ones need further documentation!
New List View buckets launched with the goal to help suppliers effectively manage and prioritize deductions to ensure suppliers go after every dollar they're owed!
- The updated List View buckets are consistent across retailers in SupplyPike.

To reduce workflow complexity, we are sunsetting the 'Will Not Dispute' status. The 'Will Not Dispute'/'Enable Dispute Actions' buttons will be updated to instead show the options to 'Archived'/'Unarchive'.
- Archived deductions will show under the All and Resolved list views of the Deductions page.
- Easily filter to see Archived or Unarchived deductions under "More Filters" on the Resolved and All list view tabs.
- Archived deductions will display in the 'Closed' bar on the Deductions by Status graph within the Kroger Dashboard.
- Deductions less than $100 will now be auto-archived and immediately moved to the Resolved tab with the removal of the 'Will Not Dispute' status.

Release Notes - June 28, 2024

The time for 'Kroger data last synced at' now displays the last time SupplyPike checked for new data from Kroger, whether new data was found or not. All your data in SupplyPike should reflect what was available from Kroger at that time!

Freshened up the charts on the dashboard. Deductions by Status, Deductions by Amount, and the trended chart now match style with our other apps. The Deductions Over Time chart is especially nice from a color and function standpoint. Go take a look to see your trends!

We updated the filters on the dashboard to be “sticky”. Now as you scroll down, the Date filter (and a future Code filter like our other apps) follows you down the page. No more scrolling back up to adjust filters as you view the aggregated charts.
Swapped out UPC # for Claim # on the List View of Deductions. Now you can see Claim numbers without having to click into a deduction’s detail page or exporting.

You can now edit the attachments on denied disputes to assist with re-disputing.
Updated the display of the last updated timestamp to be more consistent with our other retailers. Now only shows on the Dashboard.
Improved security for the Kroger application.
