Steps to Submit a Dispute
From the Chargebacks solution, locate the OTIF or SQEP charge(s) you want to dispute, you can search by High Radius invoice number or filter by charge type to find them quickly.
Choose Quick or Custom dispute:
Quick — SPS provides the supporting backup file for you
Custom — you provide your own details and documents
Confirm the dispute details:
Select the SQEP Defect Type(s) or the OTIF fines that you would like to dispute from the dropdown
Confirm the amount and dispute reason
Add a dispute comment explaining why you're disputing, comments can't include commas or the "^" character
Select your dispute documents. If using Quick Dispute SPS will generate backup file already checked for you. If you have any additional backup documentation to provide, add your own with + Add File(s).
Click Submit Dispute.
Tracking Your Dispute Status
Once a dispute is submitted, you can track its status directly from the Chargebacks app, the same place you already check on your other Walmart chargeback disputes. Every OTIF and SQEP dispute you submit shows up here, so you no longer need to check a separate screen or wait on an update somewhere else. As Walmart and HighRadius process your dispute, its status updates automatically, giving you one consistent view of where each dispute stands, whether it was just submitted, is under review, or has been resolved. If you've disputed OTIF or SQEP charges with us before, this won't feel unfamiliar: your existing dispute history and statuses are already visible in the Chargebacks app today, this update just makes it the primary place to track everything going forward.
Not Seeing Your Charges?
If OTIF or SQEP charges aren't showing up in the Chargebacks app, the most common fix is linking your HighRadius credentials. Checkout this article for steps on how to connect High Radius.
