Release notes - December 12, 2022

  • We have added numbers 1 through 99 for department numbers in the Supplier Agreement section of your settings page, allowing you to ensure that your specific departments are visible.

  • In addition to the department number change, we have added the “New Warehouse” (NW) allowance option when you upload your Supplier Agreement to Deductions Navigator: Walmart!


Release notes - November 28, 2022

  • In addition to the deduction codes you can already Auto-Dispute, we have added…. Allowances! You heard that right - in your settings page, you can now select Allowance codes to be Auto-Disputed daily! Check out this article to see how you can get started! Remember to upload your Supplier Agreement, the documentation that is normally required for these codes!


Release notes - November 21, 2022

  • You can now get an easier look into the Walmart Denied messaging from your deductions list view by hovering over the Denied status icon!


Release notes - November 13, 2022

  • Deductions Navigator: Walmart will now attach your Supplier Agreement to additional deduction codes: 10, 44, 60, 80, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95. If you haven’t already uploaded your Supplier Agreement, check out this article to find out how!

  • The Deductions Navigator: Walmart dashboard can now be filtered by claim code.

  • You can now filter your deductions by Disputed Through SupplyPike under the More Filters button

  • Users now have the ability to Auto-Dispute Code 11 (Price Difference), 14 (Short/Damaged), and 15 (Pallets/Shrink-wrapped Short/Damaged) deductions!

  • Added allowance deductions to the list of codes that have validity judgments. Check out this article to learn more about this!

  • Updated the validity judgment messaging to allow the user more of an opportunity to take action and be given a further understanding of the code/dispute

  • Updated the Auto-Dispute settings page within Supplier Settings where you can choose validity criteria at a claim code level. If you want more information on how you can take control of your Auto-Disputes, here is an article you can check out!


Release notes - September 12, 2022

  • Deductions Navigator: Walmart now automatically attaches your Supplier Agreement to Allowance deductions. If you haven’t uploaded your Supplier Agreement to Deductions Navigator, check out our article for steps to do so!

  • Added Paid option to Date filter and Amount Filter so that users have more visibility into their paid timeline along with its amount

  • Within the dropdown menu of what validity judgments can be selected for daily auto-disputing, we have removed the “Likely Valid” choice from this list.

  • Updated requirements when uploading Supplier Agreements: Filling out all of the fields with either your allowances or N/A to reflect the correct information in our system

  • Your allowance deductions now have “Dispute Readiness” available, assisting you in determining what documents could be missing from your disputes.

Release notes - August 22, 2022

  • Supplier Agreements can now be uploaded in Deductions Navigator: Walmart. This will allow for easy access to these documents for deductions that normally require them as proof. Check out this article for more information!

  • Added city, state, as well as zip code to your deduction exports.

  • Fixed the issue where some users were getting the “None of the selected claim lines were available for dispute in APDP” and “Unable to find a record of this claim in APDP” errors when submitting disputes

  • Fixed an issue where the Supplier comment to the failed dispute would also appear as the Walmart dispute reasoning message

  • Increased the character count for the Dispute Reason Section to 1,000 characters

  • Updated the character limit for file names from 150 to 130 to reflect APDP’s requirement

  • Multi-Factor Authentication has presented challenges for our suppliers since its release. We have increased the time frame in which our system looks back for checks that were overlooked due to MFA creating access issues.

  • Allowed dispute resubmissions for those affected by Multi-Factor Authentication

  • In addition to what is daily Auto-Disputed we have added disputes that have been previously attempted but eventually failed to submit to Walmart, allowing users to continue being hands-off with their deductions.

  • Multi-search feature is now available. You can now search up to 100 Claim/Invoice # or PO# at a time, separated by a space or comma

  • Deductions Navigator analyzes your ASN, invoice, and receiving data for shortage-related shipping codes in order to provide a judgment on whether the deduction is valid or invalid. Now you can sort and filter claims based on validity and understand at a glance which ones are most likely to be repaid!

  • ASN data is now available in the app. You can find the ASN data on the claim lines section on deduction details page, “view detailed claim lines” section of the deductions details page, and on the “inventory received” pdf attachment for shipping related claims

  • Deductions Navigator now includes the APDP Case Number on the Deduction Export

  • There is a new KPI - "Deductions as % of Invoices" metric on the dashboard. This helps serve as a "health check" for our customers so they can see how deductions are affecting their total invoiced dollar amount

  • When manually unassociating a dispute in the upper right hand corner of the deduction details page, the status will default to Not Disputed. This allows the dispute to be resubmitted if needed

  • APDP requires certain dispute codes to be disputed together

    • Deductions Navigator functionality has been updated to be able to handle credit claim lines for these types of disputes

  • Deductions Navigator now displays the Dispute Type from the Matched APDP dispute in the scenario that our initial Dispute Type was calculated differently than APDP’s calculation

  • Occasional issue where no link was given to a related deduction has been resolved

  • Disputes with incorrect dispute amounts due to bad APIS data will now be disputed with correct APDP amount upon submission

  • Timestamp in the app showing when Retail Link data was last updated is now based off of latest check date pulled from Retail Link

  • APDP requires certain dispute codes to be disputed together and recently updated their criteria list for these ties

  • Deductions Navigator now reflects that APDP Parent/Child ties list

  • Deductions Navigator now accounts for Settled disputes throughout the app

  • For APDP disputes, in the Deduction History section, Deductions Navigator now shows the historical Walmart comments

  • In the claim code dropdown filter list, we now include the claim code description

  • Configured Deductions Navigator to have the functionality to submit certain dispute codes together according to APDP criteria

  • i.e. - codes 21 and 13 should be disputed together if they exist on the same claim

Fixes

  • For claims that are in Supplier Action, but older than 2 years old can now be disputed

  • Temporary bug causing some dashboard charts not be tied to the date filter has been fixed

  • Occasional disputes would be stuck in submitting status. We have built functionality to make sure these are disputed

  • Moved the Dispute Readiness button on the Deductions tab for clearer visibility

  • When filtering by “failed disputes” on the deductions list view page, filter excludes any of inactionable claims from the filtered results

  • Dashboard slowness has been improved

Fixes

  • Specific error disputing claims with $0.00 claim lines has been fixed

  • Built functionality to display the different claim line statuses on a deduction

  • Improved functionality to better match appropriate shipping documents to claims

  • SupplyPike automatically matches disputes to deductions. In the rare case that we missed one, you can manually add or remove matches using either the Direct Commerce or APDP dispute number

Fixes

  • Fixed occasional error when attempting to export claim lines
