SupplyPike wants you to be able to recover every invalid deduction possible, but we realize that you may not want to dispute valid deductions. Now, you can automatically archive certain Kroger deduction codes so that these codes go straight to your Archived or All Deductions tab, and never appear in your Actionable list. This may be useful on Promotional Allowances or Collect Pickup Allowances if you or your team never disputes them.

Now, you can set custom default claim descriptions for each major claim type, so that new deductions of that type have the default dispute description entered automatically with your custom default.
For example, if you wish to dispute shortage deductions with the same claim description each time, you can set this up in advance in your Settings, and it will automatically be applied to all future shortage deductions.

Resolved an issue where a claim for a different deduction code on the same invoice was showing on the Deduction Details page in certain scenarios.

An issue was resolved related to bulk disputing stating that the claim type was missing on certain deductions.

Now, when disputing multiple shortage codes together, the claim description will default to the currently visible shortage deduction.

You can now filter your deductions by those that contain all recommended proof documentation with the new Dispute Readiness filter. This filter returns every deduction that has its recommended proof documentation based on the deduction code. This does not indicate if the deduction is valid or not.

Now, the Deduction Details page will indicate if you are missing recommended proof document to dispute, based on the code of the deduction and what has already been attached to this deduction.

Additional ORAD compliance charges are now being pulled in to SupplyPike related to Late Shipments or Case Fill Fines.

Performance was improved on the Deductions list page to load deductions faster.

A default claim type is now supplied for ORAD - Late Shipment, ORAD - Case Fill Fine, and Code 8 deduction types, so you no longer have to manually select one.

Now, overage deductions (code 7s) will be automatically netted against code 6 shortage deductions to create a net deduction, so the deduction and any dispute will be accurate to the final deduction amount between these 2 codes. Read more here.

Comments added to a claim from SupplyPike will now show as "Submitting" while they are being submitted to Lavante, and updated to a date & time when confirmed as submitted.

SupplyPike will now show deductions that are taken without deduction codes. In Lavante, these show up with a "-DM" for Debit Memo at the end of your invoice number, and a negative amount applied to checks. These deductions can be disputed through SupplyPike as well.

SupplyPike will now tell you when you dispute one shortage code if there is another shortage code on the same invoice with the ability to combine them into one dispute. Lavante limits suppliers to one pending invoice of the same claim type at a time, so we recommend disputing shortage codes together into one dispute.

You can now view and dispute ORAD compliance charges in SupplyPike! These include ORAD - Late Delivery, ORAD - Case Fill Fine, and other similar compliance charges. These will be shown on the Dashboard, Deduction list view, and the Details page where you can view details such as DC, arrival date, due date, fill rate, and more.

Updated file size limit to 30 MBs on attachments submitted to Lavante.

The deduction code filter in the Deductions list view now includes the deduction code descriptions for better clarity of each code.

You can now filter to all deductions with a claim submission failure. Failures can happen if the Lavante access expired or other intermittent Lavante issues. To access this filter in the Deductions list view, click More Filters, then Failed Submissions.

You can now filter the Deductions list view by Claim Type.

An update has been made to make it clearer when a claim update is still being submitted on a Pending Kroger claim.

The Other Deductions on this Invoice on Deduction Details has been updated to show you the total deduction amount among all other deduction codes on the invoice.

You can now track the total amounts Disputed through SupplyPike, as well as how much of that amount has been Approved at the top of the Dashboard page.

You can now add, edit, and delete comments on Claims submitted to Lavante. This allows you to ask Public Questions or submit a Public Comment on an existing claim.

Historical deductions including all Actionable and In Progress deductions should now all have a PDF of the Invoice Payment record from Lavante.

Additional columns are now included on the Deductions and Deduction Line exports including Disputed Through SupplyPike and Document columns indicating the types of documents on each deduction and claim.

You can now view Deduction History on your Deduction Details page in the bottom left corner. This includes when the deduction was created, claim submission dates, and claim update dates and details.

It is now possible to bulk dispute Kroger deductions! To start a bulk dispute, go to the Deductions list view, and check any number of deductions or use the Check All box at the top of the deduction list. Once you have Actionable deductions selected, click on Submit Disputes. Deductions will be disputed in Lavante within seconds or minutes of submission from SupplyPike.

The Deduction Details page has been updated for Pending Vendor claims to include Lavante requested update info. This generally represents why Kroger/Lavante has placed the claim into Pending Vendor status and what you should do to update it.

An update was made so that only checked documents on the Deduction Detail page will be submitted when submitting a claim to Lavante.

The Dates filter at the top of the Deductions list view has been updated to break out "Closed" into two separate filters for Paid and Denied, so that you can filter to only Paid claims within a certain date range, or Denied claims within a certain date range.

You can now store Internal Notes on the Kroger Deduction Detail page so that you can store relevant research or other info on the deduction.

You can now bulk update deductions to add a document to all selected deductions on the Deductions list view.
