  • Walmart Denial Letter Responses in Walmart Deductions App

    • Now utilizing Walmart's Denial Letter to fill in the Walmart Denial Response in SupplyPike, when it's not provided in APDP's UI.

  • Stopped creating deductions for Codes 107 and 109

    • These deduction codes never seem to appear deducted from a supplier's check, but Walmart is making a claim in APIS. Therefore, we have decided to decrease confusion in SupplyPike around these.

    • In order to maintain the look and feel of SupplyPike's Walmart Deductions app, we made sure to allow our app to adjust no matter what screen size is being utilized. This version is for the details page specifically.

  • Updated the list of codes available for Auto Archive and Auto Hide


Compliance Release Notes - November 12th, 2024

  • Bug Fix:

    • The POs in the Defects list view within the SQEP app were missing underlines, indicating that they are clickable to the details page.

  • Supplier One Item Information

    • We have switched where we get item information from DSS to Supplier One.

  • Auto Disputing Return Deductions

    • We have added return deductions (92, 94) to the list of codes you can auto dispute with in SupplyPike.

    • This only applies to the Invalid validity judgments

  • Adjustments to Code 11 and 25 validity judgments

    • Added a few more adjustments to the validity logic responsible for those judgments.

  • Code 25 Validity

    • We've improved our validity logic to provide more accurate and reliable assessments where there may be multiple invoices involved with the claim.

    • This applies to new deductions that have come through since the update, and will soon come for historical ones as well.

  • Bulk Dispute Enhancement

    • Denied, Cancelled, Supplier Action, and Partially Approved deductions in the Follow Up bucket can now be disputed in bulk! Same bulk dispute feeling, new opportunities to capture what you're owed!

  • Code 11 Validity Update

    • We've improved our validity logic to provide more accurate and reliable assessments between the PO and Invoice prices.

    • This applies to new deductions that have come through since the update, and will soon come for historical ones as well.

  • Code 11 Details Page Update

    • The Claim Line Details are now showing prices up to 4 decimal points to best reflect specific PO or Invoices prices.

  • SQEP Defect Images

    • SupplyPike is now grabbing SQEP defect images and showing them in the Defect Details page! Viewable images that can be downloaded for any dispute attempts or root cause analysis.

  • OTIF Dispute Package Breakout

    • To ensure we meet the file size limit in the High Radius portal, we will begin sending the dispute package in multiple files if it wouldn't meet the criteria in one.


Release Notes - August 16th, 2024

  • Returns Validity

    • Validity Judgments are now available for codes 92, 94, 120, and their paired 60s or 44s.

  • Allowance Root Cause Update

    • Tightening up the tolerance for what allowances were expected versus what was transmitted.

  • New Empty Bucket Actions

    • When a bucket is naturally or filtered to be empty, we are now providing immediate options to either clear your filter or move to a different bucket.

  • Deduction List View Update!

    • Experience the new look of the deductions list view, with new buckets that organize your deductions. For more information about these changes, check out this article!

  • Code 10 Root Cause is now available!

    • Joining the remainder of the allowance deductions, Code 10 now has root cause features on the dashboard, list view, and details page.

  • New Dispute Portal Filter

    • With additional changes coming soon for return deductions, the dispute portal filter will allow you to see deductions that will be disputable through our normal method in SupplyPike (APDP) and which ones would be disputed elsewhere. (SupplierHelp for return center deductions)


Release Notes - July 12th, 2024

  • Deductions that have been partially approved are now disputable in the app.

    • These are examples where Walmart would approve part of the amount the user originally disputed, but would not give a denied amount.

  • Removal of Quick Filters

    • The workflows that were supported by this functionality will be replaced by an upcoming change. Stay tuned!

  • Documents card for Post Audit details page

    • Users can now upload and view documents in Post Audits that are being managed by SupplyPike

  • New column for Billable Overage report

    • The original invoice number(s) will be added to the Billable Overages report

  • New Billable Overages report!

    • We are now offering a more concise overage report, specifically with the intention to support users billing for overage opportunities.

    • This export will sit among the other two options, Detailed Overages and Payment Overages

  • New sort option for the Deductions List View page, Time Left

    • This will allow you to move deductions that are close to expiration to the top of your list.

  • For deductions that are archived, a new Archived label is present on the list view page.


Compliance Release Notes - April 18th

  • SupplyPike's SQEP app now reflects the new defect category breakout.

    • New list of categories: ASN Compliance, PO Line Accuracy, Case Compliance, Packaging Compliance, Pallet Compliance, Load Compliance

  • OTIF app enhancements to decrease loading times on the Orders Page.


Release Notes - April 11th, 2024

  • New Dispute Count filter under "More Filters"

    • Quickly access deductions that have 0, 1, 2, or 3+ dispute attempts!

  • Pricing Claim Breakdown

    • Claim lines on Pricing Deduction Codes 10 and 11 will show each cost per unit of measure (Cases and Eaches) from both the PO and the Invoice.

  • Failed Message on the List View

    • For Disputes that failed, you can now quickly hover over the Failed icon to see why it might have failed.

  • Updates to the Deduction Detail History

    • New entries for the following scenarios:

      • When SupplyPike added a Deduction to the system

      • Archiving and un-archiving the deduction

  • Removed Code 700 deductions from the Walmart deductions app

    • These are High Radius Chargebacks that did not belong with the AP deductions that typically show up in the Walmart deductions app.


Release Notes - March 15th, 2024

  • Made adjustments to the Allowance Root Cause card to present scenarios when no allowances or invoice adjustments are present.

  • Once deductions have exhausted their allotted dispute attempts (3 in total), users will now receive an informative message explaining why a dispute was unsuccessful.

  • For deductions with multiple dispute cases, we are now displaying previous disputes on the deduction details page.

  • A new Disputable form in the deduction details page for examples where Denied, Canceled, and Not disputed claim lines coexist. This will streamline the process to re-dispute using one form, instead of different ones.

  • Root Cause Analysis for Allowance Deduction codes is here!

    • You will see new additions to the Dashboard card and List View filter for these new root causes.

    • Don't forget to check out the *New* Root Cause Table in the details page!

  • Added an Expiring "Tag" on the deductions list view

    • This will be for any deductions within 90 days of expiration.

    • Additionally will appear on Supplier Action deductions, with their time left to take action.

  • In addition to the Expiring Tag, we have added a new column in the export for Expiration Date.

  • Updates for the deductions detail page:

    • Showing the most recent Walmart Response for both Denied and Canceled claims.

    • The Paid card at the top will be visible for additional scenarios than today's functionality

  • Further enhancements to speed up Dashboard Metrics

  • Added Overage opportunities where there was a previously denied and related shortage to expand our current reports offerings!

  • When adding a code to Auto Archive, the existing deductions under that same code description will be archived along with future ones.

  • Small visual improvements made across the app.


Compliance Release Notes - January 16th, 2024

  • For OTIF In Full charges, SupplyPike has removed pre-dispute checkpoints when a user selects all POs to dispute! Only when you select less than all purchase orders to dispute will you see additional messaging before shipping it off to High Radius.   • PO Edit/Cancel Reason Codes have been added as columns in the Prepaid and Collect Orders page and Purchase Order Detail page on OTIF!

  • The Overages page now groups PO's based on MABD date rather than Order Date.

  • A new Disputed By column has been added to the Deductions export files, listing the SupplyPike user who disputed the deduction last. This data will be populated on all future disputed deductions through SupplyPike.

  • Root Cause for Walmart Deductions *Beta* has been released!

  • For users who are on Early Pay, you now have access to both the validity filter on the list view, along with the judgments that appear on shortage deductions.

  • New "Fine Validity" Filter makes switching between ASN and DSS Discrepancies for dipsuting, easier to navigate.

  • Updated search bar on Orders page which calls out the ability to Omni-Search information across all months.

  • Updated a bug causing some eCommerce disputes to fail.

OTIF Release notes - November 10, 2022

  • Prepaid On Time Disputing is now supported through the app!

  • Users are limited to one active/ pending dispute per metric type (Collect, Prepaid, Each In Full Category) each month. This is to avoid rejections in High Radius due to duplicates.

  • The Disputes tab received an update in design.

  • Fixed a DSS discrepancy issue where dispute amounts weren’t matching up.


OTIF Release notes - October 24, 2022

  • Fines that we deem to be valid based on the data we are pulling can also be disputed if users have a reason they want to dispute them.

  • Disputes now automatically have a suggested dispute comment that can be edited.

  • Adjustments were made to the dispute documents based on new High Radius requirements.

  • Deductions Navigator: Walmart now automatically attaches your Supplier Agreement to Allowance deductions. If you haven’t uploaded your Supplier Agreement to Deductions Navigator, check out our article for steps to do so!

  • Added Paid option to Date filter and Amount Filter so that users have more visibility into their paid timeline along with its amount

  • Within the dropdown menu of what validity judgments can be selected for daily auto-disputing, we have removed the “Likely Valid” choice from this list.

  • Updated requirements when uploading Supplier Agreements: Filling out all of the fields with either your allowances or N/A to reflect the correct information in our system

  • Your allowance deductions now have “Dispute Readiness” available, assisting you in determining what documents could be missing from your disputes.
